Mom's Wedding
My mom's wedding turned out GREAT!! Alot of family came to support them and it was very nice. We even had enough food for everyone :). I am very happy for my mom and I hope she is happy also. I hope they have a long life together as a married couple. They have been together for 18 years or more!!! It is a very exciting thing and I am happy I was able to be a part of it.

Thankful

So this week I am thankful for my mom and my husband. Without my mom I think I would seriously drown. She helps so much with my kids and listens to all my DRAMA!! I honestly can't ever repay her for everything she has done for me. Dealing with my children I can't even imagine how it was for her raising me. She was alone when I was in my teenage years. I go to bed almost every night with worries, stress and tears and my daughter is pretty good compared to me. I am surprised my mom is still breathing. I feel like all my air is cut off on a daily basis. She is the kindest, most unselfish person I have ever known. She will do anything for anyone and this is also her downfall. She gets walked on a lot (me included). I hope my mom has a very happy future ahead of her. I hope all her dreams are coming true this next week. I know not much will change but she deserves all the happiness in the world and I hope she can finally feel at peace enough with her life to get a little bit of that happiness she deserves.

So I have to say I am thankful for Scott also. He listens to me and puts up with me. He has helped me with the kids more then he will ever know just by being there. I know he has a hard time with the kids and I have a hard time letting him in but he is a trooper. I just hope we can make it though all this and come out stronger and not weaker or apart. He is my best friend and the one I want to wake up to every morning. I think if we can make it through the next couple of years we will be smooth sailing... LOL (knock on wood).

Thankful Post

This week I am thankful for my kids. Being a parent is the most awarding and hardest job I have ever had. 98% of the time I have no idea what I am doing. The saying kids should come with instructions is so true!!! I have never felt so much love, helplessness, enjoyment, fear or satisfaction in anything as I do with my kids. Each of them have their own personality, purpose, hopes and dreams. They are VERY different in everything to the way they think, what they like, how to talk to them, how to discipline them, their feelings and their dislikes.

Mersadez has grown up alot over the years. I can't believe she will be a senior next year. She has a bright future and I hope she makes the most of it.

MaKia is beautiful and has a very tender heart. She is struggling as a teenager but she has a lot to look forward to. Her smile can light up the darkest day and she has a personality to match.

McKenna is a great student. She loves school and does very well. She is still a kid at heart and enjoys many things.

Kaden is still my little monster. He is a boy through and through. Like my Aunt said he is a well behaved little boy with the right amount of devil.

Thankful (Dad's Family)
So I did a post on my mom's family but I am also thankful for my dad's family. This is a family that has grown over time. They were not very close to me when I was growing up. Since I have gotten older (this isn't counting my dad mind you) they have really been there for me. My aunts are AWESOME!! I love having all of them on Facebook so I can follow in their lives. Most of my cousins are on there also and it is great to see all that is going on. This is a family that isn't very close and we don't get together that often but I have to say when we do it is good times.

My Grandma and Grandpa Huntsman were the greatest two people I have ever meet. No matter what happened in my life, no matter who had disowned me at the time they were always there. I didn't tell them enough how much I admired them and how much they meant to me. I just hope they understood. I have never meet two people that had so much love and devotion and no judgement in their heart. It didn't matter what they still loved you and you knew it. I just wish I would have "woke up" a lot earlier and spent more time with them.
I am grateful that my dads family has been able to stay together. They are not close and yes they have their issues but they are still family. I am very impressed at how we as a family have been able to grow over time and not get more distance. So I am thankful again for my family.
Thankful (Mom's family)

Well I am following my Aunt in my Thankful posts. It is November and besides October and Halloween, November and Thanksgiving are my favorite. I am not a fan of Christmas and since my Grandmother passed I hate December. So October and November are my favorite. I love getting together with family on Thanksgiving. I just wish "all" family felt the same way. I don't know if I would have made it though everything I have been through without my family. They are my strengh and my weakness. I love them all VERY much. It breaks my heart to see the distance that has come to pass since my Grandmother passed on. The anger, blaming, tears, sadness and just plain selfishness and meanness is very troubling. I don't think my Grandma is a very happy person watching her "life" right now. She was the one that kept us all together. She was our backbone. Without her our family has gone down a very different path then what she would have wanted. I can place blame and point fingers but I am a better person than that. My feelings for my family have only gotten stronger. I love each and everyone more than I ever have. I look up to most of them and I am very proud of all.
So this thankful post is for my family. Through the good, bad and ugly I will always stand by them. I don't think I can make peace and I will never be as strong as my grandmother. I don't think our family will ever be able to mend the ties that have been broken but I can always hope. I will stay strong and hopefully one day our family will come together again as I know we are capable of.

Halloween 2009
It was such GREAT weather last night for Trick or Treating!! We went over by my brothers house so we could go with the Black family. It was a lot of fun. The Black's dressed up in theme ADORABLE!! (sorry for the sideways I took these on my phone so when I uploaded them this is what I got...)

I dressed up on Friday and Saturday. On Friday I wore my socks and on Saturday I was Mrs. Kruger. Mersadez was a fairy, McKenna a gothic angel, MaKia was a dead masquarade person and Kaden was Jason (not my brother the serial killer :).
