New House

So I wasn't going to post anything until this weekend but I am bored and I can't figure out the TV!!! The garage also isn't "enticing" enough to get me to attempt it right now. So I will play on the computer LOL!! Here is the garage so you can feel my pain.. (most of it has to go to storage)

The new house is GREAT for the kids. There is plenty of room for them. I love the 5 bedrooms! The kitchen and master bedroom... Well they leave a bit to be desired...

All my clothes don't fit in the closet so I had to buy some Rubbermaid things to go under my bed to hold most of my shirts. The master bedroom isn't any bigger then the other 4 rooms and the bathroom is pretty small. I don't mind the small bathroom so much because that means less to clean but the closet!!! Oh boy...

The kitchen doesn't have a microwave built in like my last two houses so I had to pull my Bakers Rake and microwave out of storage. I am so glad my microwave still works :) There isn't a spot for my table so I have four bar stools for the kids to sit on and then I put my table as small as it will go for Scott and I. For most families this isn't a big deal because they don't eat together anyway but that is one thing I am big on so it is a big deal to me...

The TV room is nice though I think I just wish I had a place for my table... This is another view. I am also so proud of my wall... LOL!! Usually Scott has to hang all my pictures because I am cricked but I did this picture wall all by my self and I think it turned out pretty good... :)

As for the "formal" room we turned it into the computer room/formal room. It was only suppose to have the computer and my fragile stuff in it. However, we couldn't get Scott's big couch down the stairs so I had to make room for it. So Now the room is very cozy... LOL

Then of course I had to have my froggy bathroom :) This is the bathroom the two little ones use and also the guest bath. I love my frogs!! :)

I would post pictures of the basement but... ya... the kids are down there and they haven't put anything together yet... Mersadez room is CRAZY@@@ The other three is ok just no where to put their stuff since they don't have shelves or dressers or anything... So for the next year or two I will learn to really love my family again. The house is nice I am not complaining just kinda designed "funky" :)

Happy Birthday Babe

It is Scott's B-day today. I want to wish him a very Happy B-day. We have been through a lot together and he is my best friend. We have stuck together through the ups and down and all the in betweens. There have been good and bad times but we have seen them through together. My life wouldn't be complete without him and his two girls. I have been blessed to have them in my life. Happy B-day babe I hope you have a very good day. (I even made him breakfast this morning... AMAZING LOL)

Moving

Oh how I hate moving. I know I should be an expert at it now after moving every year for the past 7 years but uggg.... We told the kids 2 weeks ago we were moving and they were so excited they started packing. They hate it out here in Eagle Mountain almost as bad as I do. So needless to say my upstairs has been trashed for 2-weeks now.

I moved my piano to my brothers house because it is the hardest thing we have to move. Since we are renting I didn't want to put it in the new place just to move it again in a year or so. (I hope my brother stays put for a while until I find a permanent home :) So I packed up a few things around where the piano was. So now my main level is full of boxes also...

My entertainment center has been bear now for a week and it is strange for me. I love my pictures I have on it and I miss them already....

I really hope Scott gets off work in time to sign the lease today. I don't know how much longer I can stand this very messy house...

Well it has been a roller coaster ride with the moving. I found a house in Lehi that has 5 bedrooms that I really want. However, we have had a hard time coming up the deposit and I wasn't sure if they were going to keep it for us. I was told over the weekend that she would hold it another 2-weeks. So I am hoping we can have the full deposit amount with our next pay checks. This means we would be moving for the 24th of July instead of camping... :( SAD!!

The house is a rambler and I SOOO want 5 bedrooms!! Then I don't have to listen to the kids fight anymore over rooms. The sad part is if we can't get this house all the other 5 bedrooms are WAY out of our price range so we are stuck with a 3 bedroom townhome. That would be DIFFICULT!! They are perfect for a smaller family but a family of 6 it is pretty "tight" quarters.

I will let you know what happens hopefully we can get the money together and Scott can get off in time to sign the contract. They are only open 9-5 M-F so that is another barrier to us getting this place (I haven't even looked at the inside... :)

Well if it is meant to work out it will... If it isn't... well....

Water Park Adventure

We went to the new water park in Draper today with my Aunt Lori, her kids and my Aunt Kelli and her three grandkids. It was a BLAST we all are very sunburned though... even after putting on sun screen.

I was also able to see my cousin's kids that I haven't seen in a VERY long time. I can't believe how much they have grown. The slides are a lot of fun and they have a little pool and a lazy river. Of course it is a lot of money but so is everything. I think we will venture back there again I think Scott would have fun and Sadez wasn't able to go with us. Maybe I will become brave enough to buy a swim suit and join in the fun next time... Maybe.... :)

Exercise Update

Well I was really into the workout for 90 days (well about 85 days). I was getting up at 4 a.m. and doing the 6 days a week!! I feel GREAT and I can feel my muscles, there is still some blubber around my "trouble" areas but most of me is pretty tone. I also really enjoy the workouts they are fun and I feel good all day when I do work out. Even doing the one I dis-like the most (plyometrics) it was worth doing because I had energy all day and felt GREAT!!
My arms and back look good and tone and my legs have a lot more muscle but all in all I am unsatisfied with the way I look... I didn't loose any inches at all!!! I also didn't loose any weight I, in fact, gained 5 pounds!! I was drinking the "recovery" drink and Scott said that is why I may not have lost "weight" or inches because it has creatine in it and that is for bulk. Scott, being the supportive, darling man he is, said muscle weights more than fat so I shouldn't worry about the scale; but come on!!! I am not down in pants either!! That may be because of the creatine I drank for the first 30 - 45 days.

So now I am TYRYING to keep it up w/out the creatine drink to see if I can loose a few inches.... However I am just sooo tired!!
I have tried for 2-weeks now to get into it and when the alarm goes off at 4 I just cringe and roll back over and sleep for another hour. There is about 1 or 2 days a week that I actually got up and worked out. I am having a hard time with the motivation because I am not getting the results in the areas I want the results in. Part of it is my fault because I hate the abs workout so I don't do it enough and with my knees having issues the leg workout gets pushed back too. So most of my workouts are upper body and cardio. Hopefully next week I can do at least 3 days my goal is 3-4 days a week (I just can't do 6 any more). I plan on doing Yoga every Sunday because it is a GREAT way to start a relaxing day, then work out 3 days during the week on a mixture of exercises and still take Saturday off. (I do enough cleaning and running around on Saturday to supplement the workout :). So wish me luck, hopefully I can get back into it...

Happy 4th of July

We spent our 4th of July being very BUSY!! It was a lot of fun though. We took the kids to breakfast with Scott's family in Riverton then we went swimming at his mom's house.

After that we had a BBQ with my brother at his house then we made the trip to Grandpa's to have another BBQ with him.

After we got home the girls and Scott enjoyed some fireworks with the neighbors. We can see the whole valley from our house so we watch the firework show from Thanksgiving Point all the way to (I think) Springville (It was past Provo). It is a beautiful view!!

I LOVE the freedom we celebrate in this country and I remember the men and women that have died to make our lives here possible. God Bless the USA, I hope everyone had a safe and Happy 4th.

GREAT Pics!!!

Ok, so I stole these pictures (I do that ALOT LOL!!) but these are GREAT!!

This one of Clark "talking" to the cows has got to be my favorite~!

This one is such a GREAT picture of just relaxing on the farm watching the garden grow.

Then this one of my two kids in the garden. Everytime we go to Grandpa's they LOVE the garden. Kaden asks Gramps everytime he is there if the peas are ready so he can go out and pick a bunch to eat. I really wish I could grow a garden because I think my kids would LOVE it. They would actually help out also... Hmm... Wonder if they offer a "green thumb" class... :)
