February started out GREAT, we had a baby shower for my friend Heidi (she is having a GIRL!!). We spent most of the evening together, just us girls, I got home pretty late it was so much fun!!

Then....My radio in the Trailblazer died!! I went a whole week without a radio... LOL I know that isn't very long but it is for me...My husband was GREAT and fixed it pretty fast but he didn't give me the total bill until a week later....Over $200!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!! He told me $50... Which was a good thing because I would have NEVER done it....

Then the AFC LOST in the Superbowl... LOL well, okay, I am okay with this since it wasn't my team but it would have been nice to have the AFC win...Kenna won $100!!! YAY

Valentines was good, I got an IPhone and Scott got his IPad that he has been wanting FOREVER spoiled I know. We also bought the kids Just Dance 2 and Michael Jackson for the WII and played it SEVERAL times as a family. It was a lot of fun.

Then the sickness came....My family was sick most of the month. Just colds but they were "kick you butt" colds, and quite a bit of sickness with my friends and family... rough....

Mersadez went through a change with her hair, I like this one it's cute....It has changed from this and I will leave it at that :)...Then my hair changed :) VERY short for me....

Sloan retired from the Jazz, I made a lot of Banana Bread, I started working out again and it reminded me that I am out of shape and we celebrated Alaina's homecoming and Kaden's B-day with his friends.

Kaden's B-day weekend is a weekend we will be out of town so we (me, my mom, the girls and my cousin Shannon) took him and his friends to Nickelcade. It was GREAT they just did their own thing and I didn't have to worry about anything... Nice party... :)

January 2011

So I want to "remember" my year this year so I am going to try and post a month summary....Then I will just print the month summary, instead of my whole blog book...This will save the planet... :)

January started out with the "Nance" clan like always but this year we were at Lori's house. It was a great time and a great party. It also wasn't snowing!!! :)

We had my friend Christmas party in January this year. It was nice, the holidays were over and we were able to just have fun.

I also got to go to lunch with my FAVORITE step-mom Melissa and her girls. It was GREAT to finally meet baby Asher!!

I went back to school (I took the Fall off) and I have a full load (13 credits!!).

January's Birthday reminder of my Grandma was hard this year. I miss her so much more as the years go on adn this year was no exception. Maybe it is the changes going on in my life and the lives of my family, I don't know it was just hard this year.

Other than that January was pretty normal for us.

St. Patrick's Day

I love making meals for Holidays (well holidays after Valentine's Day). I have already planned my St. Patrick's Day meal and I have a Month before I can cook it!!! It looks SO YUMMY, I so can't wait... LOL... So I will post it here so you can all "drool" with me. I have found so many cool "green" food I may make it a whole week thing :)

It sounds really yummy but it is like two dessert because it has ice cream in it but it's a GREAT holiday so why not... LOL

Pictures

I have so many pictures on my computer I am just waiting for the day it crashes and I loose them all (this has happened before I lost about 2 years worth of pics). So I need to get my butt in gear and get them into some kind of book. I also have 3 drawers full of pictures...CRAZY!!! I hate scrap booking I have tried to enjoy it but it is so much money and it takes so much time. I also have NO creative jean in my body... LOL...So I have two ideas one is Project Life Scott's cousin is doing this as a picture a day for this year. It was so cool to see her book. I would use this for my drawers of pictures because it requires printed pictures for the one book. They also have an online one that I could use for my computer pictures or my other idea is a photo book from someplace like Walmart or something for the computer pictures but I haven't seen these printed....I don't know if they are worth it....I have seen these Books and they are AWESOME but also a little expensive... It's all so much money... considering the amount of pictures I have...So I am little over my head here....I know the stores have just plain photo albums I could use but that would solve only part of my problem. I really don't want to print all the pictures on the computer I would rather design something and then have someone else print it :). I also would really like to put stories in with them...hence the project life site...I am so open to idea that anyone has on getting these pictures organized....

My other HUGE fear is fire/flood damage to my albums. I LOVE pictures and they are something you can't replace....I was thinking about getting a safe to put them all in but it would have to be pretty big.... LOL....so I have started backing up my pictures onto CD's from the computer to solve part of this fear but they are not displayable this way... I have also thought about the frames for the computer pictures....I don't know....I need to figure something out for all of them...
